Thank you for completing the SVHM – STAGE-28 portal. An e-mail has been sent to you summarising your scores with information and support options. Your de-identified information will be collated with other respondents’ scores and held on STAGE-28’s secure servers for analysis and to form the basis of a report to St Vincent’s hospital. All identifying information will then be removed and data sent as an electronic file to SVHM for secondary analyses.
